Top 10 MBB Recruit on Campus for Baylor Game

This weekend, Cheick Diallo, a Top 10 basketball recruit will be on campus. There is an old mega-thread about him, but I thought it might be good to have a thread focused on just this weekend.

What are signs, etc. that could be used to welcome him? Since he will probably be on the field or seated near the student section, we need you guys to do something. He has already visited Kansas and has other blueblood offers. We need to do something to let him know he is wanted.

For instance, the TV loves to show the guys with painted chests. Perhaps you could add to "IOWA STATE CYCLONES" so it says "HE LIKED IOWA STATE CYCLONES" and then reshuffle and have a few sit down so it says "CHEICK DIALLO."

Honestly I'd take losing to Baylor for the next 20 years 73-7 every time to get Diallo. No one is going to care about football anyway after we win the Ship in Ball. We'll be the public Duke.

I think we are overdue on landing top 10 prospects. It's time.

I think we can land a transfer that can be as productive as Diallo would be for us if we miss on him but he's going to be a lottery pick. I think that is the one thing Fred is missing right now in taking it to the next level in recruiting high school kids. A one and done HS recruit would be huge for Fred and staff IMO
