Complaining does nothing.....Doing is what accomplishes things. The complainers need to to lead the way for the fixes and contributions. Complain to JP about CPR and then tell JP that you are willing to step up to the plate to pay for the millions the buyout will cost us and the extra millions it will take to hire that elusive coach you are seeking.
Those complainers you speak did not just complain........they went out and actually became Doers. So become a Doer. That would mean getting out your checkbook to pay for CPR's replacement.
So you are admitting that complaining does accomplish something. The people voicing their opinion (complaining) lead to action (doers). Thank you for proving my point.
