How dare you change your previous week-out forecast of 5-8 inches! Damn meteorologists can't get anything right!

Haha, well, we probably will make a significant change for SW/SE Iowa though.

Based on radar trends and latest models, I would expect those 10+" to flip flop from SW to SE Iowa by the noon show.

And Kansas City is absolutely getting crushed. Probably on their way to easily over a foot.

Why do people insist on driving in this stuff, are they just oblivious to the forecast over the last several days.

How were you unable to predict this shift?

I know a lot of businesses back home were open. Also that picture is probably on I-70 or 35 which is a major freeway. My brother lives by Columbia and he had to drive to Jeff City today. Said I-70 was terrible.

The city of Wichita just had a press conference in which they explained that they don't plow residential streets because "it would create snow piles at the end of driveways and around parked cars"...So?

I would plan on at least 8, and yeah 10 doesn't seem to be a stretch.

I would bet you'll end up with more than Des Moines.

It appears it is starting to snow in Lamoni now.

Extension cord + Hair dryer? I could see that in Nebraska but not Kansas.

I'm trying to figure out why Belmond Klemme is letting out at noon. Snow won't even hit there until around 5 will it?
