Noon update from KCCI is calling for 8" in the metro. More to the south and west. Less to the north and east.
And again, for others, there is not a guy named Earl forecasting this. It's raw model output.

Maybe they are trying to figure out how many people will work for that price. After which they will go around finding clients that are willing to pay $10 for this service and setup a schedule for these workers to shovel.
This cheapo could be an entrepreneur.

My 1st thought as well. As a kid I always got at least a 10 spot. Can't imagine what normal prices are nowadays with inflation & what not. Hopefully they haven't gone up as much as softball prices.
