Well that's because you don't have 'little brother' Iowa fans in the small, local majority who are sooooooo insulted if an ISU game is on. Seriously, when are they going to stop acting like insecure jackarses?

So the only people that won't get this game in Iowa are the mediacom subscribers in Eastern Iowa? With Mediacom picking up the cyclone network I'm surprised they wouldnt also pick up the Big12 network games.
You can go to your friends house that has DirectTV OR go to Buffalo Wild Wings or another bar that has DirectTv and i am sure you can watch it there.
This is my hope too. As of right now, there is no blackout map for the game shown right now, so I'm hoping we are good to go with ESPN3. My fear is that sometimes, in the past, they have blacked out the game in local markets where it is available on TV to people. If this happened, that would be royalling getting screwed, because just being available on an outlier sports pack Direct TV channel ISN'T being carried locally in my opinion for those in Cedar Rapids.
I guess the very worst case scenario is that it will for sure be available for replay on ESPN3 after the game ends. I know that sucks, but lets just hoped it isn't blacked out.
I'm a non-Mediacomm subscriber in Eastern Iowa and I won't get the game.
Basically no one in Eastern Iowa outside of Cedar Falls will get the game.
You mean like in Omaha where it is not scheduled despite what this says on Omaha NE KPTM-DT2 MNT

KFXA in Cedar Rapids is a Big 12 Network affiliate, they just choose to not broadcast weekday games, because - goodness - we can't miss American Idol!!!
Dish and DirectTV subscribers can. I just found it odd that the athletic department just started this big deal with Mediacom showing cyclones.tv, yet mediacom is choosing not to pick up these games.
They keep listing games as KPTH when it should be KPTH-DT2.
