Less hard-rock song if you're into that:

Listen to dubstep all the way. WOMP WOMP BURZZZZ CHHBOWBOWCHHHHHH CHHH WOMMMMMP DDUDUCHZZZZ

If not, maybe Japandroids. You'll be ready to tear it up once you get down there.

Cruise control is the only reason I avoid speeding tickets when I listen to "Celebration Rock". This is the right answer.

Other good answers (going purely off albums released this year):
Heartless Bastards "Arrow"
Doc Dailey & Magnolia Devil "Catch the Presidents"
Jack White "Blunderbuss"
Chuck Prophet "Temple Beautiful"
Alabama Shakes "Boys & Girls"
Lee Bains III & The Glory Fires "There is a Bomb in Gilead"
Trampled By Turtles "Stars & Satellites"

I watched a 60 minutes special on this guy named Rodriguez and picked up some of his music after the show. His albums were released in the 70's and weren't popular in the U.S. but were a hit in south africa. I like his stuff a lot. A classic rock sound with good instrumentals and lyrics.

If I have satellite radio, it's tuned to Margaritaville radio about 90% of the time.

I listen to quite a few podcasts. If I really want time to fly, it's a podcast or audiobook...i.e. time on an airplane.

If left to my own devices, I listen to a random assortment of music from Buffett to John McCutcheon, Gin Wigmore, old school 80's rock (hair bands!), Zac Brown, Roger Creager, Lyle Lovett, Todd Snider, Robert Earl Keen, John Prine, Scott Kirby, Van Morrison, Warren Zevon, John Mellencamp, etc.

I admit, I struggle with today's 'popular' music. WTH is that noise?

I have no idea how people like this alternative rock crap. It's cheap sounding and there's hardly any talent involved.

You think the killers and Jack White is no good and cheap sounding KFitz??? I really hope not sir!!
The Killers aren't the "cheap sounding" that I mentioned and are alright in my book. Never listened to Jack White before... But if Clonebey approves, I will have to give him a chance...
