Psssh! What does Jack White know about riffs? Real riffs get stuck in your head, stay there, multiply, and never leave. They cause entire stadiums of sports loving fans to sing said riffs over and over. What does this hipster *******, Jack White, know about such things?

The killers hot fuss album is one of the best albums of all time. I saw them a week ago at the Patriot center in VA, it was crazy. They will put on one of the best concerts you have ever been too even if you dont like the music, the las vegas theatrics will blow you away.
You have heard Jack White before, he has not always gone by Jack White on stage. He was the lead singer for the white stripes who sing the song "seven nation army" and he is also the lead singer for the raconteurs who are popular for "steady as she goes". if not, definitely give him a listen.

FYI I have floor tickets to see Muse this spring and I've heard they put on a pretty great live performance too. I can't wait... Biggest concerts before this were Peter Frampton at the state fair and Rush in Kansas City a couple years ago... And they were both great, but aren't the entertainers that Muse are supposed to be.
No, you just don't know good music. At all. You can keep your Alter Bridge, I'll keep my Icon For Hire, Thousand Foot Krutch, Live, Incubus, HURT, Flyleaf, and Escape the Fate.
Those bands aren't my meat and potatoes, just my bread and butter; they are just more akin to Alter Bridge than what I listen to. I'm more into Machine Head, Stone Sour, Five Finger Death Punch, Sevendust, etc.
I have to give credit where credit is due. Hipsters have good music taste and in media in general. It's just they suck at other things, like jobs and not being uber narcissistic little twerps.

I bought the album when it came out, definitely one o the better new bands around, I heard their live show is amazing as well...
Wow, you say kids don't know good music but the only band you have pulled out is over produced doucer rock, every riff that you speak of has been done 100+ times over, your classified 'hipster' music at least offers non-mainstream uniqueness to the sound. Go get some music taste.....
