Try this.....

Just try this. It is from an orthopedic surgeon............

This will boggle your mind and you will keep trying over and over
again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but, you can't. It's
preprogrammed In your brain!

1. While sitting where you are at your desk in front of your
computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your
right hand. your foot will change direction.

I told you so!!! And there's nothing you can do about it! Before the
day is done you are going to try it again, if you've not already
done so.

Send it to your buddies to frustrate them too.

It needs to be noted that you need to swing your foot, not rotate your ankle for this to work. I can rotate the ankle and do the hand thing, not swing me foot around (knee as pivot point) and do this.

I'm not going to lie, I'm glad my girlfriend thinks she's too cool to look at CF because of threads like this and posts I have here.

Took quite a while to get her to change directions. I had minimized the page and moved the bottom scroll bar back and forth and she changed directions. Now it seems I can change it at will....just by concentarting...how weird is that!

I GOT IT!!! I thought this was all an elaborate hoax to get me to think it was possible. I probably looked at it 10 times this evening refreshing the page to see if it was all a trick.

Clockwise first btw, now I can flip back and forth, damn I feel like I just won an olympic medal or something. Good times.

Weird, the moment I first saw it, she was going counter, then she was going clockwise for the longest time. I've only been able to make her go counter once.

So, in theory, I could be watching the silhouette of a real person spinning, and sometimes I would see her spinning CW, and sometimes CCW??? However, she can't be spinning both ways at the same time, so one perception is correct, and one perception is incorrect.

Great...now my own brain has turned on me and is trying to hose me over...as if things weren't complicated enough already...

When I first looked she was going one way, then I read it and after that she went the other way. So I have no idea.

This is exactly the same as me. Counter clockwise first, then I read it and looked back and it was clockwise. I can easily go back and fourth with the direction, does that mean anything? I like looking at things like this, interesting.

The graphic is an animated GIF. I opened it up in GIMP, but I'm not a graphics specialist, so I can't really figure out what's going on.

I'm an ME, but she always goes clockwise for me, no matter what part of her anatomy I fixate on...

Woohoo...The engineer in me saw it Counter-Clockwise!!

I couldn't get it to turn clockwise, but I also didn't try very long nor hard.
