Talk on the other board is that Cody is reconsidering committment to Wisconsin. Mr Meeks states that Iowa State is in talks with him. Would be great addition and great to keep the Iowa boys in Iowa. I know he was considering us a year ago. Projected at 157, could fill void when Sorenson graduates. Wrestling 171 at Fargo this weekend.

This would be fantastic for us. It fills a big need, and it gets us back into W-SR, which has been one of the best wrestling programs in the state the last decade. Come on Cody, help out the Clones.

That would be an awesome addition to the room, especially with Weatherman doing his best possible imitation of Long lately.

If true. Sad we lose out wrestling recruits to UNI.

We had no money to offer. Our class for this year was locked up. KJ would have loved to have him but when he went to Wisc initially it cost us because we used up what money we had available for him initially.

I would think tha UNI would be in the same boat. Considering classes start in just a few weeks, I'd be surprised if UNI hadn't already allocated all scholarship money as well.

Not sure, they might been saving some money for this next class. Peters, DeVos, Witte, Moreno, Koethe, Laux, A Meyer, and Hathaway all have UNI on their list. UNI has alot more needs than Iowa or Iowa State, so in state recruits next are huge for the Iowa schools.
