We have had some really nice contributions by a lot of freshmen this year.

Robinson
Arnaud
Lammak
Jones
Bates

And Defense
McDowell
Johnson
Bell
Sandvig (when he was healthy)

Not to mention the JUCOs

Those would be the two freshman named Johnson and Bell

Steve and Allen are the first ones that came to mind, mainly since I haven't seen a whole lot of Cameron. I've been encouraged by Bailey.

Hes #10, played quite a bit again last Saturday. Not bad for a running back switching to linebacker as late as he did.

I must have missed Sandvig's "nice contributions." =)

We've got some nice sophomores out there as well. Allen Bell, Steve Johnson, Rashawn Parker, Jesse Smith, James Smith, Reggie Stephens, Marquis Hamilton.

The next couple years could be slightly better than we thought a few months ago.

Haha.. I agree that Sandvig was aweful as a PR but made a lot of special teams tackles prior.

OOps add him to the sophomore list. He looks solid after switching positions several times. QB-Safety-WR

It was nice to see Cameron Bell get some time on d, during the plays I watched him he was kinda getting burned in pass defense...yet he has all the physical tools and i'm sure he'll continue to improve.

I was also confused on who exactly #27 OLB was until he made a tackle and they said it was Raven. Don't know why his # got changed midseason. Raven has been a pretty good soph too

Plus Catlett is also a soph, he's shown pretty good hands and my bet is that he is moved back to TE next year. Overall a good young bunch of clones.

#80 is senior Brandon Tinlin and #88 is sophomore Collin Franklin...i think

Ditto. He had one of the plays of the game against Iowa. He's been a hard-hitting safety all year and I notice his presence is missing when he goes out.

Another solid game from him on Saturday.
