Iowa State women’s basketball team will play its first round NCAA Tournament game on Friday, facing off with No. 14 UT Arlington in the first round.
As the No. 3 seed in its bracket, Iowa State will host the first and second round games in the four-team pod it is in.
If Iowa State can make it through its pod, it will set up a potential matchup against in-state rival Iowa, who is the No. 3 seed in the region, in the Sweet 16.
