WBB: Cyclones return to top 10 after 2-0 week

Iowa State is back in the AP Poll top 10 after sweeping the pair of games at Hilton Coliseum last week.

The Cyclones rose to No. 9 in the new release on Monday, the highest ranking for any Big 12 school.

Kansas State dropped out of the top 25, leaving the conference with four teams included in the rankings.

Baylor snuck behind Iowa State at the No. 10 spot, Oklahoma is No. 12 and Texas dropped to No. 16 after a pair of losses to the Bears.

Iowa State will have a light week, with just one game to play on Saturday against TCU (6-13, 2-8 Big 12).

Following that game, the team will have two games in a row against ranked teams, traveling to Texas on Wednesday and hosting Oklahoma on Saturday.
