RECRUITING: Clarence Nadolny narrowed down to Iowa State and West Virginia

Cyclone Fanatic publisher Chris Williams has learned 2019 combo guard Clarence Nadolny’s recruitment is down to Iowa State and West Virginia as the month of March approaches.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound prospect has seen his recruitment grow exponentially since the start of 2019 and picked up an offer from the Cyclones on Feb. 11, which was the same day he was offered by the Mountaineers. Nadolny, a native of Paris, France, has played his senior season at Our Savior New American School in New York.

Iowa State currently does not have any scholarships open for the 2019 recruiting cycle, but there are opportunities for them to open depending on the NBA futures of several players on this year’s roster plus potential attrition.

Nadolny, who has not yet visited Ames, is one of several players who have been on the Cyclones’ radar in recent months and Steve Prohm and his staff has apparently put themselves in a good spot to secure his services at the collegiate level.
