We win 6 or more games, or a massive scandal hits college football rendering several teams ineligible for bowl play to the point there are more teams than bowls. I'm cool with either.

Way up there
Mine is 6 wins.

Eh it only takes 5 these days...I agree with the OP, we need guys to stay healthy and last season we took a big step backwards holding on to the ball. We averaged 1 fumble lost and 1 INT per game. If that number were cut in half, we would have been bowling last year.

Our football players need to make good football plays at the end of the football games!

Seriously, though. It seems like the difference between our 4 win and 6 win teams in the past has just been a missed kick or two, dropped pass, 1 yard short of a first down, etc. If they can just make a few more of those...

The OL performs at an average or better level all year. AND none of the key guys (Warren, Lanning, Tucker) go on the DL...

I think they changed the rule this offseason so now you need 6 wins to make a bowl in the future. Sorry Nebraska :/

Need to win turnover battles.

ISU was a minus 11 last year, which is pretty bad, while Iowa was a plus 11, which is very good. I like that Campbell and his staff realize that TOs are absolutely the key to winning games. CPRs teams always seemed to want to wait for the other team to do something stupid, like drop the ball or throw it right to our butter fingered DBs, rather than trying to take the ball away.

I'm fatalistic about turnovers. It seems like a mixture of skill, circumstance, and luck to me.

If the media is tough on Baylor. I feel like we'll win 5 games unless Baylor implodes. Kind of random, I know.
