Well it's been some time since I started a thread such as this, but thought many others are just as bored as I am right now so this may be a fun thing to do for the rest of the afternoon.

Below is a Xmas riddle. Feel free to answer and ask other riddles as well.

As I was going to the North Pole
I met nine elves;
Each elf had nine reindeers,
Each reindeer had nine bags,
Each bag had nine puppies,
And each bag had also nine cats,
Reindeers, elves, puppies and cats,
How many were going to the North Pole?

Well your no fun, apprently too easy.

This isn't a riddle, but a funny joke.

Alex was five; all his Christmas presents were always signed, 'from Father Christmas.'
A little while after Alex had opened all his presents on Christmas morning, we became aware that he was looking quite down in the mouth for no obvious reason.
'What's the matter, Al?' I asked.
'Ummmm', replied Alex slowly, 'I really hoped that you and Mummy would give me something for Christmas'.

Okay, another one.

Just before Christmas, there was an honest politician, a kind lawyer and Santa
Claus travelling in a lift of a very posh hotel. Just before the doors opened
they all noticed a $5 bill lying on the floor. Which one picked it up??
