my guess is the company invented it. It seems like these days clothing companies get licenses to school branding and they make the same generic shirts for every school with some form of buzz word and slogan. We Are..., Something magic, TE U, etc. Bad enough that Iowa actually uses the term "Carver Magic' This doesn't seem to be a WVU invention, nothing popped up when i search Mountaineer magic except weed and Delta 8 websites.
