Fans are always high after a win, but a good win tonight and tangible progress is being seen. Extra good win on Jack's day!!
Having one less home game in the conference is a disadvantage for this year's team, for sure. But if we can beat Cincy next week, that will take some of the road stress off. We will have a Bye week to rest and get ready for the next Away game at Baylor.
Now if we get that game at Baylor, then we come Home for the KU game. That game will be huge regardless. Then another Away game at BYU.
3 of the next 4 games are Away. The Bye week will help that. No predictions other than to say it is likely now that we could win 2 of the next 4. If we win 3, we will all be pretty happy, I think.
The last 2 games of the year will be brutal. Hey, let's get 1 of 2 from KSU/TX! Why not. If we keep improving, why not?

Well…I was right. TCU laid a big egg. Five turnovers is hard to overcome. That being said I’m slightly more optimistic on this team but I refuse to remove my cyclone brand nut cup.

I would take 1-1 in the next two road games
They have already overachieved most of our expectations after the Ohio game. Sit back and enjoy the ride…. Or roller coaster … or train wreck. either way they have two solid big 12 wins.
That was a legitimate concern after the Ohio game. No doubt they have vastly improved. I don’t think any of us thought we would beat OSU and TCU at that point. That Ohio loss stings. Hopefully it won’t keep us from bowling…. Additionally, mentioning bowling is a huge step forward.
I agree, though I think we need to remember how young we are on defense as well...
I'm probably still drunk but I think there's a reasonable chance we win all 4. That said, I'm not THAT drunk anymore so I'll say we go 2-2 but the ground game coming alive some, the defense not being elite but getting some timely stops and turnovers - and ST not being a dumpster fire -
that puts you in position to go bowling. And amazingly, if we go 4-0... I mean. That'd be incredible.
