There's a lot of football to be played, but OSU's schedule going forward is pretty favorable. With that being said, I like the direction of our team and our remaining schedule.

Wait Texas Tech isn’t the favorite anymore? But they added a good recruiting class to an average team? I thought that was can’t miss.

I could honestly make an argument for this. If the team doesn't get food poisoning and pulls out a W in some form at Ohio, how many of you wouldn't believe we were the third best team at this point?
The team and coaching staff have grown and gotten better each game. ISU is already sitting in 2nd place with a 3-1 record, and OU game is already out of the way. This team has a chance to beat each of the remaining 5 conference opponents. If they do, they will be in Arlington for the second time in four years.

It all comes down to which teams miss UT and OU, and get to play the new teams in the league. ISU, TCU and KU have to play UT and OU, while the rest of the teams only plays one or the other. WV had a great chance to get the 3rd spot but losing to UH put a wrench in their season.
One thing I love this big easy west type of schedules from now on, where everyone will be equal and it all comes down to how well you develop and play each game.

Not exactly sure.
So all those reports were lies and you have the real inside scoop?
I don’t have the scoop, but believe I read it in the premium thread and don’t want to get in trouble on the site.

EDiT: I see it’s been mentioned in a crap ton of threads so I guess I wouldn’t get in trouble. More surprising that someone could miss it after I did a search.
