At work today?

Our office, probably 60/40 iowa, maybe 70/30, is decked out in black and gold.

The president, big ISU booster, is gone so the rest of the mgmt staff (predominately hawk) is getting away with it with no resistance.

No joke, there is actually a hawkeye tailgate tent in our office and numerous banners hanging from the ceilings. Got to give them credit, they're pretty organized with signs and such.

What sucks more than anything is that damn tent is on my route to the breakroom, vending and coffee machines and the restroom. Have to go out of my way to avoid that thing - I figure walking under it is like walking under a ladder or breaking a mirror.

Oh well - it's our Superbowl, right? I'm comforted by the fact that they really don't even care about us or this game.

(also, we did a quick headcount. Of the dozens of co-workers decked out in black and gold, we could find one that actually went to the u of i)

I'm sitting right now at work...ISU polo...boss has an ISU polo...his boss has an ISU polo...and one other person in my group has an ISU polo on. Amazingly, none of us have the same polo on.

Right there with you about, 70-30 here as well, I didn't say a word and got 3 comments in the first 10 min. Leave it to a Hawk to start it =)

I was very surprised when I dropped my kids off at pre-school that it was probably 60-40 Cyclone in there.

We are having a tailgate party at work, moved it indoors because of the rain. Probably about 50/50 here and I am sporting my throwback jersey. Unfortunately, my tailgate tent broke putting it up

I thought this was just another game for them.

What do they do for those AWESOME Big 10 games? Bring in a petting zoo?

Our corp headquarters is in Milwaukee. So obviously alot of banter going on with UW.

Fortunately Cyclones and Badgers have basically the same color pallet.

Me. It is 80/20 and I'm in Perry. 40 miles from Ames and we still don't get any love. How do so many Hawk fans get here? I have been playing the ISU fight song in other teachers' rooms as I walk by so I'm doing my part.

I work in Ames.. My boss is a Hawkeye fan that has a ton of Hawk stuff in his office. We redecorated his office Wed. So far he hasn't taken it down. Then yesterday he wore a brand new ISU polo. When asked about it he said, "When in Rome, do as Romans". And he admitted his wife is a Cyclone fan slowly trying to force him to change.

A 1970's full size conversion van with a tigerhawk logo on the spare tire cover. That van used to be parked down by the river.

I am willing to bet none of them are the same red and gold either :)

Seen a few other Clone fans at the office here in KC. No sign of any hawk fans yet.... unless you count those of the Jayhawk variety, who can be equally annoying at times.
