This is from an email that was sent out in 2022 so it is slightly dated but it's a good start if there aren't links for any updates...

Welcome to the 2022 Iowa State Football season and the debut of our new RV Village! We are very excited for you to experience this special area for your tailgating enjoyment.

Please go here to review the parking map to identify your specific parking location. All RVs will enter and exit RV Village via South 4th Street.

To help ensure a family-friendly, safe, and enjoyable experience for all patrons in RV Village, we ask that you and your guests become familiar with the policies and procedures listed below. Each parking pass holder's responsibility is to ensure their guests abide by these policies and procedures.

Take pride in being a Cyclone, respect other fans, and use good judgment.

Go Cyclones!

Access and Parking
  1. All RV parking passes will be mobile passes and will be accessible via the free ISU Cyclones App or online using Account Manager. You will receive an email once your pass is available to be managed.
  2. In order to facilitate a smooth entry, before you arrive, make sure to have your RV pass ready. Add your parking pass to your phone's digital wallet, such as Apple Wallet or Google Pay, before leaving home. Adding the pass to your digital wallet provides access to your pass even if your phone does not have service.
  3. RV Village will open at 8:00 a.m. thru Midnight on the Friday before each home game; access will not be granted before this time. On Saturday, RV Village will open the same time donor car lots open (7 a.m. or 6 hours before kickoff, whichever is earlier).
  4. On Friday only, in-and-out privileges are available until Midnight. RV parking passes must be scanned out to leave and then scanned back in upon return. The ability to enter, leave, and return will not be allowed on gameday.
  5. We ask that you depart RV Village by Noon on Sunday following home games.
  6. All RVs will enter and exit RV Village via South 4th
  7. Your RV parking pass is good for one (1) vehicle in total (i.e., RV, camper, bus, 5th wheel, etc.). Extra vehicles are not allowed in RV Village. Even if your RV does not utilize the entire parking pad, only one vehicle is permitted per parking stall.
  8. All drive lanes must remain clear.
  9. Visitors to RV Village may park in lot G6 on Friday evening. Overnight parking is not allowed in G6, and all vehicles must be removed from the lot no later than Midnight, any vehicles remaining after Midnight will be towed. Visitors will not be able to drive up next to the RV. On Saturday, game day parking will be in effect. Single-game parking for the grass lots along South 16th Street will be available to purchase in advance beginning August 15 and offer convenient access to RV Village available via the new walkway between lots G4 & G5.(More Info)
Amenities
  1. Each parking stall will come with a concrete parking pad to park your vehicle and an adjacent grass space for tailgating. Your entire vehicle must fit on the paved pad (RV, camper, bus, 5th wheel, etc.). Vehicles will not be permitted to park on the grass or hang out in the drive lanes. Your RV parking pass is good for one (1) vehicle in total (i.e., RV, camper, bus, 5th wheel, etc.).
  2. Each stall is equipped with an electrical hookup with a 20/30/50 amp outlet.
  3. The new pedestrian bridge will provide access over University Blvd. and connects you directly to the Jack Trice Stadium Gate 2 entrance on the East concourse. Once inside the stadium, you can access the entire stadium via the North or South concourse walkways.
  4. For the mobility impaired and those needing special assistance, golf cart shuttle service across the pedestrian bridge to Jack Trice Stadium will begin approximately 90 minutes before kickoff and continue until 30 minutes after kickoff. Service will resume approximately 30 minutes prior to the game’s end and continue for 30 minutes post-game. The golf cart pick-up location will be at the East end of the pedestrian bridge in RV Village with drop-off at the Jack Trice Stadium Gate 2 entrance. Personal golf carts are prohibited.
  5. Trolleys that run through the parking lots are available and will provide gate access. Stops are marked by the stars on this map: https://www.cycloneclub.org/tickets-parking/#priority-parking). These trolleys start running 3 hours prior to kick until kickoff.
  6. RV Village quiet hours are from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m.
Tailgating and Safety
  1. It is each group's responsibility to secure tailgate items, extinguish all flames, unplug electrical outlets, and secure tables, chairs, and ice chests. Iowa State University and its athletics department will not be responsible for lost/stolen items.
  2. Limit your tailgate to your parking stall and adjacent grass area.
  3. DO NOT block the travel lanes for vehicles to park or to access the lots and parking stalls. All drive lanes must remain free of vehicles, tents, tables, and other tailgating items.
  4. No glass bottles, kegs or open fires are allowed in the parking lots.
  5. Porta-potties and trash bins are located throughout RV Village (no water service or dumping stations are provided).
  6. The disposal of grease, hot coals, or hazardous materials on the grounds is prohibited. All tailgating materials and refuse must be disposed of safely.
  7. Remember to clean up your area and dispose of any trash before departing.
  8. No tailgating from elevated surfaces (vehicle beds, roofs, trailers).
  9. No professional sound equipment, DJ booth, etc. is allowed without prior written approval from ISU Athletics. Speakers that can stand alone or are connected to an amplifier are prohibited. Small "boom boxes" are permitted, but the sound cannot extend past your tailgate area (70 Decibels).
  10. Please be considerate and respectful of others.
  11. All patrons who are under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from using alcoholic beverage on University property. The use of alcohol on University property or property controlled by Iowa State University is only allowed in accordance with federal, state and local laws, as well as Iowa State University policy. Beer and wine are allowed in parking areas. State law prohibits hard liquor consumption or possession of an opened bottle of hard liquor on public property, which includes Iowa State University parking lots. Individuals who choose to consume alcohol are responsible for their behavior and should not operate a motor vehicle after they have consumed alcohol.
  12. The use of alcohol in areas surrounding MidAmerican Energy Field at Jack Trice Stadium and Hilton Coliseum is only permitted on official Iowa State football game days; by all patrons who are 21 years of age; and in accordance with state and local law. Alcohol use may be restricted at the discretion of Iowa State leadership, the Department of Athletics, ISUPD officers or local law enforcement.

Welcome. You should also join our RV Village Facebook Group. It is where the cool people in the RV Village interact. Seriously, it was started because some folks wanted to have a "Tailgate or Treat" near Halloween!

2022 rules were shared above, mostly the same for 2023.
Glass bottle rule was in effect, not really enforced.
Fire rule was not enforced, as long as it was in a solo stove or similar above ground and not burning the grass or anything.
Hard liquor rule was not enforced, legal drinking age was.

Now for the unwritten rules

Have a fun time, help everyone out.
Clean up after yourself
it is acceptable to leave cans with 5 cent deposit next to the dumpster, but put trash in the dumpster
Other than that the basic etiquette you would have at a campground

Probably a dumb question, but the RV park is for Cyclone Club members only, correct?
Short answer is yes. Have to be at Captains level to have the ability to purchase the pass. According to the ticket office, the passes are sold out (first year for this).

Your best bet to get a parking pass for a game will be to purchase them on the secondary market. If you look on here, you will see that demand is pretty solid (definitely more buyers than sellers and those that are selling passes don’t last long). With the lot being sold out, that demand should stay solid for the foreseeable future.

I wonder was caused the extra demand this year to sell out the RV lot. Last year there was a lot of unsold passes. My best guess is people bought them up to resale.

I think there was a bit of "wait and see" out of a lot of people not willing to pony up the extra cash over what was paid in the D lots. Success drives demand.
