14-of-26 from 3.

I was there for that one. IIRC....

We were cruising on offense but, as noted, Baylor kept making shots to keep them in it. Drew called his last TO after a make and we all laughed.

He came out of the TO in a triangle and two and our offense was never the same. We quit making shots and couldn't get the middle of it to save our ass...completely sucked the energy out of Hilton.

That was the night that completely changed my thoughts of Scott Drew as a coach. Fred owned him up to that point, but he's owned us ever since. I won't hold it against TJ if he can't quite get there this year but I hope we get back to being something besides a speed bump for Baylor.

Did anyone above #9 lose this week. I have not paid that much attention. Would be nice if we moved up to number 8. That way we don't have to worry about losing to Baylor once we get off the 9 position. ;) :jimlad:

As @ForbinsAscynt posted, (6) Arizona lost -- at (18) Tennessee. Not sure how voters will respond ... if I had to guess, UA will remain above ISU, possibly dropping below KU and USC. Arizona was 300 voting points above us last week, so I imagine it'll be benefit-of-doubt buoyancy.*

We shall see :)

*Edit: Not my analysis, just a guess of the pollsters

Would not be surprised if this happened. Arizona’s best win is against an unranked Illinois team. Literally zero other good wins (Michigan looks really bad). Would be a travesty if they stayed ranked ahead of us, but - to your point - they’re a name brand the pollsters always fall for.

I was reading this the other day. Interesting stuff lol
Their so full of themselves. Basically every complaint is that other teams don't worship them. Everyone is inferior to their level. Plus they think their fans are nice. The one guy saying they have the best fans it's not their fault the university doesn't care about football... Right...
