My wife loves that stuff. Over the past couple of years, it has disappeared everywhere. Even the few places that used to carry it a year or so ago no longer do. Anyone know what the story is which this? It couldn't have been that unpopular, I am sure there are a few people like my wife with sensitive stomachs who still like salsa.

It disappeared because it sucked.

I take that back, it was pretty rockin in 1988 when it was the only salsa available. There are only about 10,000 options available now that put Pace to shame.

You’re probably just too stupid to find a better alternative.

I had Pace once, never again. If I buy canned salsa I go with chi-chis. But making it fresh is easy and so much better it's worth the time it takes. If I'm feeling lazy or cant get decent fresh tomatoes I use canned diced tomatoes to make the salsa.

get a new wife that can handle spicy food.

that's literally one of my biggest problems in my marriage [from my POV, of course!], since i'm the primary cook and i like spice.

OTOH, my wife would say her biggest problem is that i'm a fat lazy slob as of late, so she probably wins.
