Goettl got luck Hensen had used his challenge. Both were out on that last takedown

Goettl wins it 9-6 at 157 to secure the meet for ISU.

And 19+3 is 22.

So ISU is up 22-7

For a free feed this has been pretty good. Their main shot is decent and they do a good job showing replays for close calls.

I think Larson and Smith are probably out of NCAA consideration at this point, though I haven't been paying attention to how the other low ranked guys at 125 have been doing, so Larson might still be in it. We'll find out on Thursday afternoon. Smith I think would have to go 2-1 to end the season. Like buf said, Dante is looking in a lot a lot better now with that win over Morales.

Kudos to WV and the video feed and announcers. These guys knew wrestling, I appreciate it!

Nice conference win loved the free feed and the announcers were very knowledgeable. Larson can always come out and get the first td but can't finish the match, Smith needed that win and could have gotten it, needs to wrestle a lot smarter he is still a work in progress. It looked like our high ranked guys had to chase with WV guys all over the mat to catch them they were good wins but could have been worse. 141 was the match of the night DSR gassed the kid and threw him to his back. Also congrats to Spoon on the pin.

I didn't watch, but it appears the guys wrestled good.

I thought Henson would have more of an immediate impact on WVU.. They don't seem to be much improved vs the past couple of years.
