We have Ferentz as OC and clap monkey Campbell as Daddy Ferentz. Freshman misses 2 fgs and you put him out there to tie the game. Stupid.
Offense and special teams cost Heacock and great coaching again.

The ISU offense is better than iowa's, but that's damning with faint praise.

While special teams might not be great, hard to believe they'll be that bad again. The problem is you can't really point to a game against a power 5 opponent where ISU's offense wasn't bad.

We are both ranked last in our conference in offense. So we are not much better.

We're in year 7 of Campbell. Special teams have always been bad. At some point you just accept special teams will never be a strength.

Oh sure, but it's not like ISU is going to have another game this year with a muffed punt and 3 missed field goals. I have confidence that next game the special teams will at least improve to below average rather than horrific. I don't have the same confidence in the ISU offense.

You don't have to accept just never addressing it at all though. At this point fair catch everything and never kick field goals on any 4th down under 5 yards.

We have NEVER been good in the margins even though thats constantly talked about. Campbell has no doubt raised the floor, but the next level is there, and we haven't done it.

If you're playing the long game to make us talk about that punt return, then I hope keep adds Petras propaganda to all your posts forever.

We don't play the quality of opponents that Iowa does. Our offense is definitely better than Iowa's but we don't get Northwestern, Nebraska, Rutgers...etc
The Big 12 is far better than the B1G West.
