This is straight from their facebook page posted 23 hours ago.

"Hey everyone! This week we are still only opening for dinner, starting at 4! We are also looking for more kitchen staff! Please help and share this post so we can fill our kitchen! The sooner we get more staff the sooner lunch hours will start!:) thanks everyone! Hopefully see you all tonight and tomorrow for the men's and women's games!"

In the grand scheme of things it wasn't a big deal, we parked about half way down the parking lot, but carrying a car seat and all associated baby paraphernalia was a little annoying.

Didn't you read the baby basketball thread? You're not supposed to take babies out of the house.

Yea, that parking lot still has ample parking its just that north end will be a pain now with two popular restaurants there. Figured it would be that way when they announced they were moving there.

Disagree with that. We've tried to park there to meet folks at El Azteca and ended up going to The Cafe instead. Now that Wallaby's is open, the residential area to the west better be ready for lots of parked vehicles at night.
and yes, with those other two spec buildings or whatever they are (currently under construction) and there's not even a straight shot to the street to the north.

We wanted to try Wallaby's this past Saturday after the volleyball meet, and when we finally found a street spot (to the west) we spent maybe a minute inside to find out the wait time was 90 minutes. Not even Wallabys is worth that.

City planners messed up this parking area, like they messed up by having that wonderful curve in Stange at the +39 intersection. If you must have a curve, don't allow parking just to the left (south) for a distance of about four spots. Or, put a four-way stop there for better view and to slow traffic to the poster 25 mph.

Saying that's a dangerous intersection is quite an understatement.

I agree about the intersection with Northridge Pkwy, they need to add some sort of crosswalk/stop there for pedestrians. The area should be more pedestrian friendly in general. Still I am surprised if that entire parking lot behind El Azteca/Wallaby's/etc. is full all the way on the south end, many of the other businesses in that strip are not high traffic and close around 6PM. Also there is still an exit to the street on the north side between the two buildings under construction.
