Currently raining in Waco and it isn't expected to stop until Sunday or Monday. I'm not sure when the hurricane remnants are supposed to get here though.

The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a Flash Flood Warning for: Southeastern Bosque County in central Texas. Southern Hill County in central Texas. Northern Mclennan County in central Texas.

• Until 1:30 PM CDT.
• At 10:55 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing Heavy Rain across the warned area. Flash Flooding is expected.
• Some locations that will experience flooding include: Waco, Hillsboro, Lacy-lakeview, West, Hubbard, Valley Mills. Bynum, Northcrest, Gholson, Abbott, Leroy, Mount calm. Ross, Malone, Penelope, Mertens and Aquilla.

Baylor cancelled their homecoming parade...and flood warning for the Brazos in the Waco area was put out about 30 min ago.
