Bachelor party of 5 guys going to vegas this upcoming Thursday. None of us have ever been, what is the stuff we have to do/see bars/ clubs to go to ect. Were staying on the strip. I figured wed just walk around and find cool stuff but it looks like there is so much that we will probably miss stuff.

I know $32 seems steep, but the bodies exhibition at the Luxor is TOTALLY worth the price, if you haven't seen a similar exhibit elsewhere. I didn't read the website carefully, but I assume it's still there.

Ellis Island on Koval Street. Karaoke, awesome bar food and cheap drinks. Its like Vegas' townie casino.

Not sure where you are staying, but we started most nights off at the tap house in monte carlo. 100 beers on tap and pretty good specials before 7 or 8.

The Beatles Love show at The Mirage is fantastic. The roller coaster on top of New York New York is fun. Going to the top of the Stratosphere and doing the rides on top is worth the trip. I enjoy the poker room at The Bellagio if that's your game. I highly recommend doing the zipline downtown, and also going at night to look at the canopy.

Also, as long as you're sitting at a slot machine you get free drinks in every casino. If you really want to drop some coin then I highly recommend Smith and Wollinsky's. It's the best steakhouse I've ever eaten at.

I went to Vegas for the first time this year and used a lot of the advice posted in this thread. It's definitely worth a read if you and your party are first timers.

Tao was a good time for a club. Although, if you are doing any clubs, I'd recommend getting bottle service. It's cheaper per person if you are looking to let loose. A $14 weak rum and coke won't get you far lol. Mandalay Bay has a great pool area. I've also heard MGM does too. I was out there a quick 3 days, so didn't branch much out of the strip. But, like another mentioned, you can save on alcohol if you slow gamble.

I can't justify spending so much on booze in Vegas when you can get it for free while playing penny slots or even low limit blackjack.

Always double down on 11. Remember that you're so money. Tip the waitresses 50 cent pieces. Wear suits to dive casinos. Tell some women you certainly aren't in Kansas anymore and then go back to the trailer park with them.

Caesars Palace has blackjack in the pool, this is hard to beat during the day.

Just got back from there yesterday, trip number 4. Went with couples this time vs. my buddies the other times. If you decide to go downtown, take a cab and not the bus unless you don't mind all the stops. Downtown is nuts with street performers and the SlotZilla zip line.

1. You'll have fun gambling cheap on the strip at Casino Royal. They several $5 tables including craps and blackjack and drinks are cheap. It's one of the most fun atmospheres on the strip because most people there really want to party and have fun. IIRC there's beer pong tables too.

2. Spearmint Rhino is $100 for a lap dance but top shelf quality. Go to Cheetah's it's underrated.

3. If you're just walking around and drinking/partying carry a flask of liquor around in your back pocket.

4. You're going to have a hard time getting into any top tier night clubs with a group of guys. Try to find a group of girls to buddy up with and you might get in.

5. Day parties. Day parties. Day parties. Wet Republic, Tao beach, etc.
