Smith is crazy athletic controlling the paint on the defensive end - ISU has to find a way to try and neutralize/attack him in the paint or the game is going to fall into our ability to make the 3 ball.

I hope there is some energy in the building. I worry about weekday games in Texas, but maybe Lubbock will be different. Doubt there will be very many Cyclone fans there.

Unfortunately, I would think it means that Vegas is very confident in Tech winning.
But if that were the case wouldn't they just leave the line at -1.5? Why spot the Clones more points if all the money was coming in on them anyways?

Also need to remember that in 2000 they had an easy road schedule. Oklahoma state and Texas were too teams besides us and they were st home.

The bottom 5 or 6 teams in the Big 12 that year were really bad and the middle tier teams were just average. The balance of this years Big 12 looks like death row compared to the old days, especially when you factor in the round robin schedule.

The money on the actual point spread says 54% ISU, 46% TT.

There is a lot more money being bet on the Iowa State moneyline, but that is pretty normal for small to mid underdog teams.

Yeah, can anyone who knows more about gambling/Vegas than I do explain this?
I'm guessing someone put a very large bet in on Tech. I think Vegas looks at how much $ is being bet one way, not how many people are betting one way

You guys know that the "Money" column on that site represents bets on the moneyline, right? That's why games with huge point spreads that don't have moneylines offered show "n/a" in that column.
