Uploading Videos

Please forgive me, I know that this topic has been covered before, but I have tried to search for an answer and have not been able to find what I am looking for... How can you attach a video to a post? I have tried several things and have been unable to do so. Is this option only available to premium members or am I just stupid ? Any help would be appreciated!

When you make a post, there is a little icon of a paperclip that launches a new window where you can upload files. Also, you can post a link to YouTube and other services and I have it setup to automatically embed it in the post for you.
