Zona is one of the programs where it's believable that a really good player is rotting on the bench.

He looks like a good fit, I'd rather have a guy come after the season and sit out all of next year though

I'd take this guy, but yeah, I tend to agree with you. Next year's team is already going to be loaded, so with that said, a stud transfer having to sit out the year is not only a guy getting another year to develop and mature for us in our system, but also one whose mouth we don't have to feed and keep happy in the meantime. Guys like these ones are leaving because they aren't getting fed and if that is the case, I'm not sure here is their #1 best option in that case.

Leaving to find better playing time. Not sure he would find much more than 7 minutes here next year with Niang, McKay, Williams, and possibly Diallo.

Don't get me wrong, I'd take him, but it's not like his playing time here would be loads better.

Prior to choosing Arizona, Craig Victor had trimmed his list to Florida, LSU, Miami, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St and UCLA.

If he goes to OU and builds on that program, I might puke. OU is very talented and IMO the best team in our league. We need Lon to retire more move on to his 6th team..

Only chance is if Diallo doesn't commit. Victor is already considering LSU to team up with their loaded 2015 class.

Yeah, that class is loaded. Thinking LSU to become relevant, as will Auburn eventually. Throw in a consistently improving Arkansas and surely a better Florida in the future. Perhaps the Big12/SEC challenge is about to become really interesting and highly competitive in multiple future matchups.

People are seriously undervaluing the SEC already.

Interesting that Ohio State is on the list. They got transfer Anthony Lee for this season and I'm not sure he plays that much. Wonder if they even considered transfers five years ago.
