Missed this thread last fall so I'll give it a shot now.
1. U2- One, on the live version he switches up the guitar melody at the end and it really gets to me.
2. Pearl Jam-Black, I play guitar myself so the combination of Stones Les Paul and McCreadys strat on that song are amazing.
3. Pink Floyd- On The Turning Away, Gilmour guitar work is legendary on this one. The song has a positive message also.
4. RadioHead-Fake Plastic Trees, the part where the distortion kicks in is the best.
5. The Scorpions- Wind of Change I've alwasy been interested in Cold War history so that speaks for itself.
