Top 5 Coen Brothers movies

For me you can break the Coen Bros. movies into two categories:

Fantastic:

1. Fargo
2. Blood Simple
3. Raising Arizona
4. O Brother, Where Art Thou
5. Miller's Crossing

plus, No Country for Old Men and The Big Lebowski

Meh:

Everything else (Although, to be fair, I haven't seen "A Serious Man" yet).

1000. Lebowski - I thought this was an absolutely stupid movie that doesn't even come close to the other ones. The humor was sophomoric and there was no plot. I don't get the appeal at all.

All of these movies are on my to-watch list.

I will burn for sure but True Grit is the only movie from that list that both my wife and I liked and it was not as good as the original version.

No Country For Old Men

These are the only 4 I've ever seen and I didn't really care for any of them.

And No Country For Old Men - I wish I'd never seen.

Inside Llewyn Davis is top 3 for me. It blows my mind it wasn't up for a bunch of Oscars. Best movie of last year easily for me.
