This sounds pretty bad. That many shots in your hoetown is very bad. Threatenng to kill people is vey bad. He might be trade bait at end of the season.

According to a police report, the manager of the bar said Tinsley threatened to kill him during the fight. The confrontation with the players followed another fight involving a person who employees thought was trying to steal coats from the coat check area, police said.

This was the incident that happened last year.

Would you like to be insuring his Rolls Royce at this point. I bet the hotel was very happy he pulled into their lot. Why did he not drive to the police station?

Clearly, there is a less than desirable pattern to his life. I can only conclude that either he is a bad guy or those he is hanging with are bad guys. You really cannot assume anything else at this point.

I've been out drinking...sometimes late...and I have never gotten into any fights nor have I ever been shot at. Additionally, no one in my party has ever shot at anyone. Frankly, I don't believe anyone in my party was carrying a gun (or any weapon for that matter).

What's interesting here is that he is living in one of the more "safe" NBA cities as far as this sort of stuff goes. Sounds to me as though he may be able to find trouble pretty well by himself. I wonder what would happen if he ended up being traded to a place where trouble can find you pretty easily like New York, Miami, Atlanta, LA, etc? I doubt this would end well if that eventuality played out.

There is just something odd about these sort of cases. Even the Taylor case...I heard he slept with a machete. I have never thought to myself, "self, you should sleep with a machete for your safety". And frankly, if I did ever have that thought, I would likely find a new place to sleep. It's not as though this guy (Taylor) didn't have the means to relocate. It's all just a little too "odd" for me.

Pac Man Tinsley

Just think how much trouble Tinsley could be getting into in a bigger city. I mean they guy is in Indianapolis and he has run ins every couple months. Dude needs to cool it for a while before he's either dead or kicked out of the leaque.
