Do what I did. Call the Iowa State ticket office 1-888-478-2925, tell them you work for a company that is a donor and has season passes but that the usual company account contact isn't going. Offer your own credit card in replacement and bingo, 2 more tix for husky fans, 2 less for the cyclones.

I hope we roll these jokers.

Then, hope we find a way to troll them when they least expect it.

My husband has always dealt with the ticket office and has had good experiences.

This year I dropped off our ticket order for the Big 12 tournament. I had a quick question and knew I was going to be on campus or we would have mailed them in. I walked in and a lady was helping a guy with his order. When they were done she walked away. No big deal, maybe she needed to go get something. She never came back. I waited and waited. Someone else walked in and was waiting with me. The whole time there were a couple people playing baseball with a rolled up poster and wad of paper. They'd occasionally look at us, but continue with their batting practice. The other guy started to get irritated and asked how long I was waiting. I told him not all that long, but that this certainly was weird. After about seven minutes someone else walked by and seemed genuinely surprised that people were waiting at the ticket window. That person waited on us.

i told my husband that from here on out he is in total charge of tickets because apparently I'm too short to be seen over the ticket counter. -- As I stood behind the glass at the ticket counter I just kept thinking about being in a glass box of emotion so that kept me from getting totally irritated.

Yeah this is bs. Like they would know the donor company and the account contact name. This guy read this thread.
