The Athletic Department and University was cleared of wrongdoing by an independent investigation, but you already know that- you just don’t care. Again, you might want to see a shrink about that seething hatred you have of a rival university.

So, we know that Kirk knew about what his players did. I’m going to assume that he knows that sexual assault is a crime.
So, by that logic (you can look that word up later so you can have it explained to you), he would know that the place where the assault happened would be considered a crime scene.
Why did he have players go into that room and clean it? DJK stated that he threw the mattress with stains on it away.

The University and athletic department were cleared of those allegations by an independent report commissioned by the Iowa Board of Regents. If that’s not good enough for you, I don’t know what else I can do for you.
