Thanks to all for the suggestions, this should keep me busy.

Finding the strongest and best margaritas may not be in my best interest, for some reason my employer expects me to be somewhat productive!:biggrin:

When trying to duplicate the ritas, two words for you. Apple Juice. :yes:

Yep, that is what I use. I also use Patron Citronage (way cheaper than Grand Marnier) and key lime juice. Tequila makes up the difference. I think I'm close.

Denver Chop House is very good... and so is The Keg Steakhouse. If you want to stay in the Tech Center, and have bottomless pockets, Mortons and Brooks are also good steakhouses.

The best steakhouse in Colorado is Del Frisco's. Hands down. It's near the DTC also. Good chance at spotting some athletes and coaches.

If you don't have time to leave the DTC area at night... check out Ya Ya's restaurant as well. Fun atmosphere and great food.

Gotta check out the Avery Brewing Co. in Boulder. Their IPA is something I always look forward when the family and I are visting family out there!!!!:notworthy:
