Paul Rhoads won triple the number of games against Iowa than Campbell has. Bring him back!
I post quite a bit in the Iowa stuff. Grew up around Iowa, at one time knew about their teams.
Grand scheme though, regular winning conference seasons have been pretty great.
Hayden was an elite program builder for the time, I don't think ISUs success or non-success was ever going to be a big factor in what happened there. Had he missed out on an Iowa kid or two, he'd have gone to Texas or New Jersey and gotten what he needed.
Snyder still does what Snyder did at K-State. He copied Hayden's playbook page for page and was at a school with no admission standards in the middle of JUCO heaven.
Dekkers did better than an NFL MVP candidate did against them. If Dekkers had Rhoads…. oh baby. Look the **** out.
@LtRaczack is good for 2 things, b!tching about the football program and pointing out how many posts people have on CF.
Hell, Dekkers had to relieve Purdy in 21 because he was playing so poorly.
This is the way forward
He was very loud at the beginning of last season…then got quiet when the team started playing well and winning. Weird.
