Curtis Stinson, Iowa State: He came out a year too early, because Iowa State underwent a coaching change that could've really benefited from his shooting and decision-making. But he still has a bright future. Stinson is the kind of tough-minded leader who simply finds a way to accomplish things. He was mature enough to make the trek from the Bronx to prep school to rural Iowa and excelled. At 23, he'll be wise enough to put in his work and become an asset.

Will Blalock is recently being put ahead of Stinson in most mock drafts, but on CBS.com Blalock is not even in there Draft database.

Thoughts?

But the puzzle pieces fall that way. Hes from Brooklyn probably grew up loving the knicks. Hes worked out for them numerous times. The teams not even in a rebuilding phase. The teams so lost there'd be no reason not to get him.

If Curtis is going to sign for a tryout with the GS Warriors, he might noite that 5 Jul GS traded Derrick Fisher for 3 Utah Jazz guards that have not done too well. Maybe GS was clearing the deck for some less costly guard competition in San Fran.
