Yeah that's not gonna be good. My neighbor's August bill last year was more than his mortgage. This year his lawn is dormant like the rest of ours.

I have a older neighbors who's lawn is dormant like the rest of us. He was out this morning with the sprinklers... Just what you should in a drought where the water utility is asking for you to conserve water.... IDIOT
