Pair of shoes=10, one shoe=5
Guy =5
Pair of ties=4, one tie=2
5+(5x2)= 15
Correct?
Yes - 15!

Reddit disagrees with you as does YouTube. Everywhere I've seen says the answer is 43.
Are you really a civil engineer?Yes - 15!
Dayum!!!I see it as 10+5x4=30.
EDIT: I had the above wrong, see following posts.
It's 5+(19x2)=43.
Multiplication/division is done first in an equation, then addition/subtraction. Also, there's only one shoe (=5), and one wristband (=2) in the last equation. The man (=5) in the last equation is wearing two shoes (=10) and two wristbands (=4)=19.
It is unsloveable if you view it as each different picture is a different vairable. There are only 4 equations and 6 different pictures.
Anyone who provided an answer would need to make an assumption and should list that first.
The first line if a shoe equals x could be x*x+x*x+x*x=30 (3x^2=30) or does two shoes together mean add so first line would be x+x+x+x+x+x=30. The initial statement should of clairifed.
