This is not what I needed on a Sunday
Two ties in his hands...2 shoes on...so

5x2 + (5+4) X 2 = 28

To all this is the answer given to the puzzle...I thought the multiplication should be first but they treat the man as if his shoes and ties are in parenthesis.
