The real question why only 6? Shouldn't it be 32 teams. That includes the Patriots.
Culture is the main thing. Long time losing nfl teams need a culture makeover and Campbell has proven he can do that.
Many know basic X and O's, but not many know what to do with them when the other team changes theirs; or sometimes they don't understand how to set things up.
Probably deserves its own thread, but here is a nice quote from today's article by Scott Dochterman in The Athletic.
