Doesn’t necessarily mean they’re losing money, if they’re getting their cut of profits, they don’t ask questions. As I clearly stated, I’ve been around the service industry in one form or another for 15 years and have dealt with many owners and partners.

I don’t know much about wings and how to rate them…except they almost all are tasty with some brews.

But I do know I’m happy for Seneca; sounds like he wants to take the next step in his coaching career and I couldn’t be happier for him.

As I already mentioned, I’ve been around the industry for 15 years. There are many investors/partners that are only the money guys who aren’t involved day to day and are hands off. You’re an idiot.

I’d say Seneca and the Ames Wing Stop isn’t exactly a silent money man situation. He was very active in marketing it early, and his name is plastered all over the place.

That doesn’t mean he’s involved or cares, but this is not a typical investor/owner behind the scenes kind of deal.

There are plenty of other former players in the same position of an investor that are marketed like that. And I can guarantee, all they want is their percentage of profit each month or quarter.
