Alleged racism? It is racist, there is no doubt about that. I personally find it funny, but I'm not a PC type of guy. I'm not offended easily, and am good with most any joke.

However, you know exactly what the backlash would be if anything like this was said about black players. As it is, I think the response to this is appropriate. I just wish it was this tame for ALL situations, not just when it's racist against white folk.

I was interested enough in the "Egyptian" to look him up, and interestingly he thought Will Smith would be the best person to play him in a movie. Will Smith as a 7'1" Egyptian basketball player? I can see it.
