I am many things but naive isn't one of them. That said, so far I have not seen any evidence that Kansas has been discovered to have done what Arizona was caught on an FBI wiretap doing.

No, it's not hard at all. The hypothetical conversation would go as follows...Kid tells coach about Arizona offer; KU coach offers more. Kid goes to Kansas.

It has been PROVEN that Adidas is willing to pay a Tier B player to go to an Adidas when they gave Brian Bowen, a kid who has little NBA potential other than as a support player, $100k to go to Louisville. If you don't think that Adidas would have happily given Ayton, a Tier A superstar with huge NBA star potential, more than 100k to go to KANSAS then you're delusional. This pretty much leads me to believe that KU and Adidas were never bidding for Ayton. If we were then he'd be dominating the Big 12 for KU right now.
According to you, KU doesn't offer kids money like that. So there would be no way they could outbid for that kid's services.

If it proves out that there is evidence that a loan to Jackson of his family really happened, then I have zero problem with and fully support KU facing whatever NCAA penalty is seemed appropriate.

Mildly. But the mom's explanation is believable based on years of paying attention to how she has handled her son's recruitment. Similar to how Monte Morris' mom's explanation of Monte's appearance in this mess is believable and makes sense. If the dollar amount was matching up with the dollar amounts rumored for the other big name recruits then I'd be more inclined to be nervous. I assume that before the ncaa can make any decisions that they will actually have to find some sort of actual evidence that an actual ncaa violation occurred. We're a ways away from the end of the tunnel for most of this. No need to be getting worried yet.
Before you knew Jackson was on there everyone on the list who took a loan in school should be concerned but now because Jackson's mom denied it like every other person on that list will there's no need to get worried. Lol you're so predictable

Any school with a player on those lists should be concerned as I am sure KU is as they try to sort out what has happened and what might happen in the future.
However, I am not a school; I am a fan of a school. Whether KU gets punished or not matters to KU; it does not matter to me. My concerns in life are family, work and health. KU basketball is a hobby I passionately love but a hobby. They'll have a team with some players on it coached by someone next year and I will follow them and cheer for them all the same regardless of what comes out in these investigations. So why worry?
