Hey Fanatics. I will be moving back to Ames this summer and am looking for a rental house/apartment. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom somewhere in the neighborhood of $750. I would prefer a house in West Ames, but realize I can't be very picky. I'm too old for the undergraduate type houses/apartments so hopefully there is something available in a more quiet part of Ames. Thank you so much for the help.

Check out http://hunziker.com they have a ton of buildings and I know they have some buildings that they won't rent to undergrads which would cut down on a lot of the riff raff in the building anyways.

Want to bump this one time to see if the weekday crowd has any input for me. Thanks.

I am moving out of my 2 bedroom duplex but it isn't till the end of July, typical Ames times as you know. Its in a great neighborhood and the neighbors are awesome. Rent is under 700.

Freidrich is the rental company they have a lot of duplexes away from the college scene.
