For those who take Optimum Nutrition Whey, where do you buy your powder? I'm thinking about purchasing mine from bodybuilding.com.

I think Spark might be more of a pre-workout drink. It's like an energy drink and helps you focus.
Lots more to muscle recovery and development than hydration. We're doing protein shakes as well but we're using this specifically after a workout.

Bodybuilding.com is a great website. Thats where i get all my preworkout and postworkout stuff.
I have had success with EAS's myoplex shakes.

If you want to buy from the cheapest place on the internet, go to www.supplementwarehouse.com, it has a deal where if you find a supplement that costs more or less than their's on a different website, then they will automatically sell it to you for 5% cheaper than the competitor's offer. All you have to do is type in the price and the website. Technically, its the best deal around.
Whatever you do, do not drink Amino Vital, it is disgusting.
I finished a marathon 2 years ago, and they gave it out after the finish, I was dying and needed some sugar right then, so I took out, and tried it. I spit it right back out all over the ground right in front of the vendor. Handed the bottle back and said this **** is terrible. They were NOT amused.
