Not sure I like the super heavy weighting on the last two brackets...maybe a compromise of our two methods?

I changed the weighting to 1-2-4-8-12-16. I'll leave it there, but I am open to other options. Pants' idea with the weighting on the rankings was interesting too.

Mine certainly wasn't perfect, but it was interesting because it gave you an advantage to not going chalk all the way.

We've included "top seed" and "coin toss" (heads = higher seed, tails = lower seed) brackets on our pool since the early years when one of our sons kept insisting that top seed would always be the best choice. Top seed has rarely made it above the middle of the pool, particularly in years where one or more #1 seeds fall before the final four.

Rumor on the Twitter last night was that KU fans bought a lot expecting to be in the Midwest...then they got placed in the South. I am expecting an abundance of tickets and hotels to be available should we make it.
