So I’m at the (fancy) Greenbrier resort for a conference, remember? Registration started this morning. I almost laughed out loud when I saw this sign at the table. I’m embarrassed for my association that no one saw a problem with this. At least this isn’t my communication professional organization.

If you would have talked to my husband when our first was 4mo, he would have said the same thing.
We ended up with three more after that. Hubby and I went to the Homecoming game just the two of us. The people sitting next to us must have bought someone’s season tickets, had never seen them before. They had three boys with them, the youngest being about 18mo or so. He barely made a peep the whole game, just sat on laps and took everything in. He especially seemed interested in the band. As the game was about to end the other people around us made comments about how good the littlest was throughout the football game. I told the mom we had four kids and I don’t think any of them ever sat still for that long or were that quiet—ever!!
These things, too, shall pass. Take it from this mom of a daughter with two kids under age 3.
I can talk leaves and weather. All this of this kid talk, not so much.
Am going to have a tired 9, 7 and 3 year old here later today. Road trippin' in from Indiana and than off to Montana tomorrow. That's a couple long hauls with just mom and no other adults along. Boxster B&B is almost the exact halfway point so at least they aren't hotel camping.

I think my cold from the last couple days has turned into tonsillitis again, or I never really cleared the last one. Can see the infectiony stuff on my tonsils, cool. I'm so over this.

Well at least it didn't have 2 dashes or stars.
Partway done for day, taking a sammich break. Winter garage shuffle complete, the winterized Boxster takes the snow blowers spot, snowblowers take the 924S's spot and the 924S takes the Boxsters spot. Observation, I need to get rid of some ****, big garage but it's too full of stuff.
Next stop, up on da roof to clear leafs. If I don't post here this evening it means I fell so come on up tomorrow and take my stuff.
