Damn, I have 17 years to go to match my dad and I am an old man myself now.
This week is 30th anniversary of walking Utah Beach in Normandy with my dad. Another feeling old moment for me.

That's what it looks like when our cat care neighbors go on vacation and we take care of their "girls".
My uncle had a page; when he died my aunt started posting on it without changing the name...just changing the profile pic to a pic of her. My uncle passed about 10 years ago, my aunt about 6 years ago. It's very disconcerting to get that birthday reminder every year with his name and her picture.
Came home early to fix a gutter that came loose. Hauled home my good ladder. Go to set up and someone mowed the lawn and never put the sump hose back out. So it dumped a lot of water right where the ladder needed to go. When you are dancing on the ladder climbing it, it’s best to wait.
